Nexus Property Finance was founded on the belief that real estate finance means more than just arranging capital. Our name - Nexus - symbolizes this connection: between entrepreneur and financier, idea and execution, local initiative and international capital.

Our mission is clear: to provide appropriate, transparent and future-proof financing solutions for entrepreneurs, real estate investors and professional parties. We achieve this by combining in-depth market knowledge with a personal and committed approach. We do not believe in standard products, but in customized solutions that do justice to the project, the entrepreneur and the risk profile. We have proven to develop creative solutions for both common financing issues and projects that are difficult to finance for various reasons. Nexus Property Finance grew out of our experience with complex financing issues, both nationally and internationally. Practice shows that many entrepreneurs get stuck between bank, advisor and investor, especially when their question goes beyond standard solutions. Nexus was created to bridge that gap: a single point of contact who understands exactly what is needed, knows how to find the right parties and guides the entire process from start to finish.
